FAQ

Which Amazon site does a run use?

For the product details scraper, a bare ASIN uses the Country website setting, amazon.com by default, and a full product URL always uses its own Amazon site, so one run can cover several marketplaces. The search scraper covers 20 Amazon country sites.

Do I need an Amazon account or API key?

No. The scrapers read the same public pages you see in a browser. You only need an Apify account.

How much does it cost?

They're pay per event: you're charged for the results a run produces, plus a small fee when a run starts. The Pricing tab on each scraper's Apify page has the current rates.

What can I export?

Every run's results can be exported as CSV, Excel or JSON from Apify Console, or read through the Apify API.
